We have a 7-9 BUSINESS day (1-2 weeks) processing timeframe.  If you do not receive tracking info within that timeframe, feel free to contact us.  Otherwise, we have received your order and are working on preparing it for shipment.  Make sure to have hellopupillams@gmail.com in your email address book in order to ensure you receive order updates.
